- The academic year is from April to March.
- Each student is given a calendar listing all scholastic and co-scholastic activities, break/vacations. Parents are requested to follow the same strictly.
- Parents are requested to go through all rules and regulations of School in details and sign in a declaration page accordingly.
- Every student must carry his/her almanac and ID card everyday to the Institute.
- Attendance on first and last working days before and after break/vacation is mandatory for all. A fine of Rs 100/- will be levied on being absent on these days.
- No half day leave will be granted except in case of emergency at / upon the discretion of Principal.
- Every student is expected to come in prescribed uniform as mentioned in school uniform code.
- Hair cut / hair style must conform to school’s norms.
- Parents must follow procedures / visiting hours to meet school officials and teachers. In case of emergency, the request to be made in writing to the Principal.
- Students are encouraged to inculcate clean and healthy habits all the time. Tearing of pages, spilling water, littering, wasting food, chewing gum is strongly discouraged.
- Bullying and ragging, use of slangs and abusive words is strictly forbidden in Institute.
- For any damage to Institute property, either replacement to be made or fine to be paid.
- During the absence of teacher, it is essential the students heed to the supervising prefect or monitor.
- Promotion to the next class is made on the basis of the child’s performance in tests and term examination. Promotion is granted only when a student has shown ability to cope with the next step in his/her education.
- Students will be responsible for the safe custody of their books and belongings
- The authorities will observe care and caution of the safety about health of children but in unavoidable circumstances like accidents and diseases, the school will not be held responsible.
- Parents are requested to co-operate in the work of the school by enforcing discipline and evincing interest in their children. They are to extent fullest encouragement to participation in school activities.
